Article Processing Charge
Transparency is ensured by the International Journal of Emerging Life Sciences at all levels of the publishing process, including those costs associated with the processing and publication of manuscripts.
It should be noted that the journal can use two models, either No Article Processing Charge (No APC), or Article Processing Charge (APC). The chosen model depends on the policy used by the journal for publishing.
Under a No APC Model
Authors are generally not required to pay charges for:
- Manuscript submission.
- Initial editorial assessment.
- Peer review.
- Publication of accepted articles.
- Online access to published research.
A No APC policy promotes equitable participation in scholarly publishing by reducing financial barriers for researchers from diverse academic and geographical backgrounds.
